    Returns & Exchanges

    • Exchanges and returns are possible, but it is important to keep the following in mind:
      • If the return is due to reasons beyond our control, that is, if the customer changes their mind or makes a mistake in the purchase, the costs associated with the return fall on the customer.
      • In the event that the error is attributable to us, exchanges and returns will be completely free. In these cases, we will provide a return label that the customer must use at the Post Office.
      • Custom products are not eligible for exchanges or returns as they are created following the customer's specific instructions. However, if the error in these products is attributable to us, we will accept exchanges or returns for customization.
    • Any exchange or return request must be communicated within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the package. The package must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
    • If the conditions for the return are met, customers have up to 14 days to make the return at any Post Office.

    Notification of Changes or Errors in Shipping Address
    If you need to make a change to the shipping address for your order or have detected an error in the address provided, please notify us within one hour of placing your order. You can do it through WhatsApp to the number 607 733 173 , indicating "Changes/Error shipping address ORDER #[order number]". Please note that if the package has already been shipped before we receive this notification, we will not be able to make changes to the shipping address.

    At Las Joyas de Victoria, we offer personalized dedication options on all of our products. You can personalize your message to make your gift even more special.

    Additional Information
    If you placed an order but did not provide a personalized dedication via WhatsApp, our team will automatically add a general dedication: "My yes to you is also forever." This dedication reflects our desire to make your gift meaningful.

    Home Delivery Attempt
    We guarantee two (2) home delivery attempts to ensure you successfully receive your package. In the event that delivery is not possible due to exceptional circumstances, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, you can opt for a new shipment, and the corresponding shipping costs will be covered by you.
